Dear Madam/sir,
Since from last 8 to 9 months we not getting bill on time (i.e.before due date). Several times we made complaint at your customer care center and at nearest your R world too, even then our problems are still unsolved by your authority. We think that no one are take interest to do something or to solve the problems. Every time we got wrong / nonsense assurance from your customer care center. Even we tries to contact at your Nodal officer as well as Appellate authority, whose dose not pick up the phone nor any answer given of the fax. Finally we think that to terminate from the service and tries to others companies for better service.
We giving final ultimatum to you for improving your service and make the better steps to making zero complaint.
