These guys make great software but they are scam artists when it comes to their rebates. Google Kapersky Rebate Scam and you will see countless people who have been duped. I am one of these victims. After being promised a $50 Mail In Rebate at Office Depot, I purchased their product. When the rebate never comes, they claim they have no record of it. When you want to try to send it in again, they say it is too late. Then they have nobody to talk to in customer service, they transfer you around to a bunch of different people and eventually they blamed Office Depot (?) The Nerve! Their name and address is on the rebate form and even though I have copies of everything, my only recourse now is to endlessly bad mouth them in the media and press. I offered my phone number and email and never got a response. They got me this year, but next year my internet security is going to be Norton. I would take my chances on an internet virus just out of spite and my dissatisfaction with a company who pulls the old bait and switch routine. AVOID THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO ALSO BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR REBATE!
