I enrolled for an advanced Bachelor degree program and a week before I started decided to cancel my application. I was assured everything would be taken care of and my pending approved student loans would not be requested. 2 weeks later I am bombarded with emails and calls asking if I needed help logging in etc. I realized this hadnt been taken care of. So in the process I also find out my student loans had been requested. I started by calling my enrollment advisor, and after many transfers to other depts and voicemails I got nowhere. I am still in the process of trying to find someone competent enough to tell me my disbursement was sent back or an actual date when it will be sent back. I let the 100 different people I have spoken to know that even if Kaplan were the last school on earth I wouldnt even consider re-enrolling. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Stay away from Kaplan!!!
