-12th Dec, went to do a weave there. Later noticed that the centre of the weave had not been done properly. Noted I would fix it upon return from the EC.
-20th Dec, noticed that the upper part moving towards the centre of the weave of was unravelling. Worse it didn’t even feel like I even had cornrows there for a patchwork to be done in UTT.
On the afternoon of the 30th Dec upon return to JHB went to to get hair fixed. Advisded by personnel that I would have to redo my hair but unfortunately did not have time as I was leaving to go on a holiday. Patchwork done to hold it in place until my return in January.
-8th Jan, told by the manager that to fix my hair I would have to pay half price- the weave isn't even a month old and I had already gone in to patch it up when it was just over 2 weeks!! Manager didnt even offer to personally come examine my hair before she reached her 'compromise' (infact told me she couldnt come). She is busy making recommendations on hair she has never even seen and telling me that no one else has ever complained. Even her own employees admitted it was poorly done. Told that the guy that did my hair no longer works there so my hair cant be fixed.
