Motorcycle lifting charges Rs.200 demand from rider in Karachi
I am very dis-appoint, regret that what reason our City Local Govt, not take any action or asked why they people usually lift bikes which are parked in normal packing or non-packing place and claim fine of Rs200 per bike. Observe that how badly they lift bikes which does not belong to them, same way they uses own assets in house or other property?

On daily basis around 200 to 300 bike lifted than realized how income generated only giving pain and torture to the motorcyclist parker. Which give a source of income but totally negative way which I am confident that our religion never allowed any person to mis-use his power otherwise answerable to God if skipped from questioned own department?

I have experience that those lifting bike have no mercy with any one. Never listen to any person excuse what so ever otherwise if they return his bike than cuts own income. But we all Muslims by name never realized that only praying in Islam is not sufficient besides to take care of own fellow peoples those who are in troubles.

Justify the motorcycle team in which side they stand, helping people or creating problems for others.

This lifting business is very active in areas of KARACHI
1.Saddar Area
2.I.I.Chundrigar Area

From Saddar area those bike lift shifted to opposite Polo Ground and consider those people how aware that their bike lifted or theft? Than charges for per bike Rs.200 in the name of fine is special punishment and totally injustice.

First allocated proper packing place for motorcycle riders and educated only parked bike in proper place otherwise due to non-parking place it will be lifted and charged for fine Rs.200. Run such type of advertisement in print media so people of Karachi become educated and avoid to park in non-packing place.

What basis they charged fine of Rs.200 which is un-justify and totally un-fair fine amount. What way they spend this amount? I suggest that only Rs.50 is reasonable amount to claim fine instead of Rs.200 than how lifting people expense meet when Govt want to reduce the lifting charges and positive enforce wef of July 1, 2009.

Request to Chief Minister, Governor of Sind and Nazim of Karachi city that strict instruct the motor cycle lifting team that only lift those bike which are parked wrong. But they lift bike not according to wrong parking but their own wishes. Surprise many bikes are parked in wrong place only punished a few which is not law but a unique punishment.

This system should be changed soon to give protection to the own people. Appoint some detective those are consider sincere and honest to keep any eye on lifting team performance so they donot lift those bike which are parked proper place.

Incase those bike lifted from the normal packing place where the other many bikes are already packed than he is right to lodge and registered a complain and those people who lifted his bike should be questioned and faced the punishment from his own department. But such type of healthy practice never implement in Pakistan.
