The photos in the Karate Kid restaurant menus do not come close to the actual food being served. Customers are duped.
My sister and I tried Karate Kid restaurant at SM Southmall. We ordered the beef tepanyaki since their advertisement/flyer says the dish was for 2 persons. While waiting for my sister, who was lining into the cashier, pay our bill, i had a chat with one of the Karate Kid crew. The crew told me to not order the seafood tepanyaki since a lot of customers are complaining about the serving size. The crew recommended the beef tepanyaki instead.
When the beef tepanyaki was served, we were surprised that the serving was not what the advertisement claimed to be as it was just for one person (not even an adult). Alright fine! 2 persons of age 3 each.
We talked to the store manager and the manager admitted that many customers are complaining about the "too less" serving size as compared to what has been advertised, yet the manager cannot do anything about it. The store manager even added that the stores are telling the higher management about the complaints but hiher ups were not doing anything.
