My pressure washer leaks like a sieve and I need to order a new part. I called the toll free # only to be informed by a computer voice that I had to conduct customer service business "on line". I went to the website & typed in my question as directed. Then came the shocker! I was asked to choose the ammount I was willing to pay to have my question answeared! Imagine that! I wasn't even sure about which part I needed, and they were attempting to extort money while I couldn't even speak to a real human being! Not only that, but I sent several emails with my question & contact info, only to have them answered by a generic auto reply. No one from the company ever attempted to contact me. This is a company that doesn't support its products, and appears to provide non-existent customer service. Do NOT ever buy a Karcher Product!!!

Karcher gas pressure washer doesn't run and it was put together backwards. Karcher won't help at all and BJ's won't return it. Now I'm stuck with a piece of crap pressure washer.
