Bad service

I had my dogs preliminary hip xrays done at a year old to make sure I could breed him. The vet said they would not pass. I sent them in months later after the breeder wanted a second opinion but would not pay for it as in her contract. OFA came back saying mild hip dysplaisia. but she still was arguing she wanted to know if it was my fault or genetic. So I sent the xrays to her vet to look at and he said the same as OFA and it was genetic. She is still arguing that I have to pay to take him for the second opinion when in fact it states in two different places in her contract that the BREEDER will pay for a second opinion. since I will not take him and pay for it she will not honor the contract.

Does not honor contract

I paid for breeding rights for my Old English Mastiff. I got his preliminary hip xrays done at a year old to make sure I could breed him. That was in June of 2010. It is now Dec. 2010 and she is still arguing that she does not have to warrenty him. I have sent in the xrays to OFA and sent them to her vet to look at and they both said the same thing. IT WAS GENETIC!! Which is what she was arguing about. Now she said that if i don't take him to her vet to get another set of xrays done (2 1/2 hours away) she wont do anything. It states in her contract that if she wants a second opinion that the breeder is to pick the vet and pay for a second opinion. I don't know what else to do. DON'T BY FROM HER. she only aversizes in the paper in marengo, dekalb, il area.
