In 1994, not even engaging in any type of medical prevention, Sylvia Pannetta let numerous Karosel Kennels puppies became dehydrated and die slowly. She claimed not to know anything about Parvo vaccine's. A Vetinarian, Dr. Page had to give her a "mini-seminar presentation" about parvo and treatments.

Animal control has repeatedly investigated her due to her adopting Rottweillers from animal shelters to breed them for her kennel. The kennel had no breeders kennel license. Several dogs were found to be sick with parvo and distemper.

In April 1998 she had dogs again dying from Parvo. Panetta used one Parvo exposed dog to breed with a woman customers dog. That dog died from Parvo per necropsy done at a state vetinary university.

Dogs are kept in overcrowded filthy small 4 X 4 ' pens, and even has dogs tied to derelict car bumpers and trees without shelter without water in her back yard area.

NOTE - Sylvia Panetta has been using the Name Karosel Kennels for her puppymill back yard operations. There is a actual well known respectfull kennels Karosel Kennels that should not be mistaken for hers (which she seems to depend on )
