Subject- Mis behaiour of delivery boy.

Respected Sir / Madam,
Sorry to say that we are very unhappy with delivery boy. We are so old customer getting very rude behavioral from a delivery boy. He does not have manner to speak with ladies. Neither he is doing his work sincerely. My mom told him to bring cylinder at 1st floor. Because we are ladies and cannot able to pull heavy gas cylinder till 1st floor. He totally say "No" for bring gas cylinder at 1st floor.

Gujar caste, fair complexion, Average height
Name - Suraj (may be incorrect)
Vechile no. - UP -16T, 3878.
Delivery date - 29th June, 11
Time - 3:30 m to 4pm (b/w)
