I purchased the Kaspersky Pure as an upgrade from an original product. It didnt download, I got a gateway timeout notification all the time. I sent emails to the effect, their reply was the same try the links, non of which worked. They gave me a telephone number without any country codes, office hours, etc. I have just received a response from theor website whenI complained " If You want to get a refund for the product please contact Your vendor. This is all the help I get. I am really sorry, this product does seem to work, but I will NEVER use it again. Short of going to Moscow personally, It seems as if I will not get a refund.
