i want to update my licence so i buy renewal version16th july of this, but by mistake i bought it on global site.i made payment through my credit card account, my credit card debited about rs. 2800/- and i have not got any e-mail/response from kaspersky.my orderno.is 4126366816
now i want to cencel my order please help me and send the process so that i cencel my order and refund my payment immeadiate
