I took my young son to Katsur Dental in West Mifflin and was not pleased at all. Unfriendly front office staff, every few minutes a few staff members, no less than 3 at a time, would be ouside congregating for their many smoke breaks, cig butts all over the ground and what bothered me even more was that they have a side door right off to the side of their main entrance I suppose where maintance was working because a worker kept coming in and out of this door. Well, on the ground outside this side door was a box full of all kinds of odd and end trash, I know it was from Katsur because also in this box was another collapsed box for some kind of dental supplies, it had the word "dental 4x4" if I'm not mistaken but among this box of dental supplies was an empty beer bottle. I had to look twice but my eyes were not fooling me. I thought how unprofessional right outside their door. Also, I had been waiting for insurance approval for a procedure and the office staff again so rude and seems like you are a bother. I will never go there again, once was enough.

I took my daughter to this dentist when I noticed a cavity on one of her teeth. She was there to get a cavity filled about 2 months prior and Dr. Angie said she only had one cavity and capped it.

Next visit said she now had three and they would probably have to be capped because they were pretty deep and she should have iv sedation. Took my 5 year old for a second opinion and she had 1 very small cavity and found out the first silver cap was not necessary. Not to mention when she got her cavity filled at katsur dental by Angie, she was fully aware of everything going on and later I found out after doing some research was not properly worked on how most dentists would work on children!

My daughter was terrified of the dentist after her first experience with this dentist. It was such a horrible experience for my child to go through and it almost happened again! My child is embarrassed of her silver cap and to think she almost got three more. Wow! How does this doctor still work on kids.

Any parent that doesn't want some bogus diagnosis do not visit Katsur dental!!! Especially their Dr. Angie. She is horrible!
