I placed an order at kaz.com on Jan. 9 and still have not received my merchandise as of Jan. 31. Nor have I ever heard from Kaz despite repeated attempts to get help from them.
Their phone number herds you to a place where you trace your order, but my order number has eight digits and the phone system keeps cutting you off at seven digits. If you press zero to try to reach an operator it will hang up on you. If you to through the phone menu as if to place an order, you can reach a real person, but they won't help you and they won't get anyone to reply to your problem. The first time I called, Customer Service was open until 7 p.m. Now they've cut back to 5 p.m. But you will never know that from all the recorded messages, because they never say. You have to talk to a person on the order line, and as I've said, once you've already placed your order these people want nothing to do with you.
