ALWAYS CHECK GOOGLE for complaints on NEW Internet stores you plan to shop WITH...KazooToys has many complaints against them from us the consumers...search GOOGLE.com and see! I wish that I had done my reasearch like normal before ordering, and I would of seen all the complaints on Kazoo Toys Online. This 2 - 3 employee toystore is located in the US (click on their link and let your family and friends know to be aware and stay away from them).
This online garbage company's link is KazooToys.com. I never experience being ripped off AND 100% - the are not giving me back my money and I have no TOYs...See my attachement a copy of their reply to me confirming they will refund me - DO YOU BELIEVE THEM!!! Please contact KAZOO TOYS in support of me, others, and future people who will receive extremely poor service and/or be ripped off like I was-It's not Just for me you would do this for. Tell them to credit me back my $220 in change - immediately or I'll continue to publish COMPLAINTS EVERYWHERE - new one everyday on a new site!!! It is the principle! I am actually paying to advertise my complaint in facebook throughout the USA & CANADA (They will not get away with what they have done to me and others)!!! We need to put them out of business and we need to work together!!! If I lived in the USA I would obtain a lawyer. But you know, this is just good or better...flooding the internet worldwide with this company as they take orders all over the world too!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I placed an order including shipping for $221.00 and when it arrived to Canada Toronto there was a charge of $70 for import taxes. I contacted Kazoo and they also said to let the package come back and they would credit me - I also have an email confrimation that Kazoo confirmed our tel. conversation and I have records of UPS Courier and Kazoo Toys. This was at the end of Nov. 2010 when placed and it arrived almost 3 weeks later. Anyway, the package went back, but the woman owner of Kazoo abandoned my package and put in my file at Kazoo not credit me. I lost $233.00 - she igonors me and her staff act sympathically, but say they can't do anything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SMALL STORE IN THE US. Unprofessional owner who rips people off - and I can't believe it's also achilds store!!! I will place complaints all through the internet. January 16, 2011 at 7:11pm. THis has never ever happened to me through internet orders with any company!!!

NOTE:- I placed the order end of November and they sent me email confirmation to say it's been couried out Dec. 3/10.

I have recordings with UPS confirming the owner abandoned my order and recordings with Heather in Kazoo Internet Deparment confirming the owner put in my file not too credit me $220, etc. I can't believe this, I have never ever been ripped off. Especially when I was advised as well to reject the package as I have done may 4-5 times in the 5 years with dealing with USA companies and I never ever experienced anything like this. The other companies told me too to reject and I will get a credit and I would reoder and everything would be fine! What kind of company is this that say to also reject and than tries to rip me off $220 and products either!!!?

So, please follow-up ASAP and let me know when you will be refunding my total amount to my Prepaid Visa that I initally placed the order on? My order was initailly placed end of November...please read attachements below to confrim the instructions that I received from you Kazootoys. com.

Once I am credited back to my credit card, I will place another order as I realize this is an Import Tax, which is random from my past experience; unless, you recommend that I hold off until the New Year.
