Very poor customer service
Today I went to KFC-Taco Bell, store # 20974, thru the drive thru and while I was there I didn't receive my change. My amount due was 13.69 and I gave her a 20 dollar bill. I didn't realize this until I got back to my office which is maybe a 3 second drive. I then went back with my receipt in hand and talked to the drive thru worker, Aretha, about the problem. She immidiately started to get abrubt about how she DID give me the change and then stormed off the get the manager. Ramona Johnson, the manager, went over and counted this registers funds and then I got my change back from Aretha. When I took the change I was on my way to walk out and she started yelling about how I didn't need to snatch the money from her. I told her that I didn't snatch the money from her and I thought the way she was talking to me was ridiculous and that was NOT good customer service. I then waited while she went back to her drive thru, so that I could speak with the manager. I told the manager that I thought the way she was talking to me was not appropriate and that I didn't like the customer service I had received at ALL! She told me that the drawer she had counted was not over in any amount of money, but that if I called the hotline they were just going to give me the money anyway. Then I told her I didn't know what had happened to the womans drawer and that she could go back and look at the camera to see what had happened, but the way Aretha had just talked to me was NOT acceptable. She told me she would talk to her about it. Now keep in mind, The manager was standing RIGHT next to Aretha when she was throwing her fit. And I used to work at this location and if I or anyone there would have EVER displayed such conduct we would have been terminated right on the spot! I do NOT think this should be tolerated here or ANYWHERE! I was told that I can call 800-CALL-KFC which I also will do, but I also wanted to send this concern.
