As the company claimed that Archana Hill Town at NIBM-Kondhwa has best quality and thats why they charged like the best builders in this field, but after taking possession in merely 6 month every owner of the flat came to know that what is the quality and HOW CHEATED WE ALL OF US BY KD Construction.

There are plenty of complaints:

1. No provision for proper security guard, vehicle keep on stolen, petrol theft problem etc. etc.
2. No backup to lift, while we are paying 1000 rs as society charges.
3. Poor finish, Poor painting, Worst designer paint
4. MAJOR ONE: Every flat has leakage problem, that gives us a feeling that we are in mahabaleshwar.
5. The last but not the least, still builder think that he has made a Tajmahel, i can not abuse him directly but i am very surprised on what basis he is claiming.
