Hello,

I am Subramanian, and i work with Gulf Bank as an Assistant Manager.

Yesterday after work at around 4 :30 PM, while i was returning from the Head office, we bought two KDD chocolate milk packets from a bakala adjacent to the bank.
As soon as sipped it i started vomitting!!. Looking at me vomitting severly, my friend Mr. Milan, who works with Burgan bank smelled the milk and it was STINKING! . The milk was totally rotten and spoiled. The one which Mr Milan was drinking was normal.

Being loyal consumers of KDD we decided to call the consumer care at 1888100 at 5:25pm. My call was attended by a person called mohamed who handed over the call to another person, who inturn said that he will transfer the call to the right person and CUT ME OFF the call!

When i called back, the same guy (mohamed) picked up and started talking in an abusive tone since iam an expat, and told me that customer care is closed for the day and he cannot transfer my call. When i asked him to help me out with some contact details he deffered me off. I told him that i would raise concern regarding this issue; he told me he is from security so he cant do anything and slammed the phone again.

I expect that some one contacts me and show some justice for health. I am really disappointed with this and strongly condemn this. If i dont get any reply for this email and i get treated like your customer care i would be forced to take legal action against you.I would be contacting legal authorities tomorrow after work.I have the defective product with me, which i have sealed and kept it for proving my complaint to the authorities.

I am expecting some one contact me or my friend Mr Milan tomorrow.
