Never buy or attempt to buy a car here ... started on a monday was gave the run around for a week ...
ok agreed to a payment of 374.00 a month on a 2005 for mustang GT the cars price was 15500.00 now the salesman "Josh" came back at stated oh we can get you in that car for 340.00 a month sign here " great " started the paper work got 30 day tag left dealer ... and then the fun starts ... this was on a friday afternoon ... the car started skipping tried calling the dealer three times on sat ... no one returned my calls when they did call it had nothing to do with the car skipping it was the finance lady telling us to come in and talk about our options ...huh?> so we head out keep in mind we live 30 miles from this dealer and they are aware of this ...
After getting there she pulls us into her office and tells us that our payments will be 689.00 a month at 19.95 % interest !!! now my score is 695 ok so its not that bad and besides i was promised payments of 374.00 anyway she goes on to say its due to the fact its an older care and had over 36000 miles so ford motor credit did not want to carry the note .. so she tells us i can get you in a 2010 V6 mustang or a 2008 White GT for the same payment of 274.00 just will be a little more money on the bottom line but due to the lower interest rate we could get on a newer car it would balance out ... fine i agreed to the white 2008 with 21000 miles on it so we are issued a dealer tag now before leaving we made it clear this is a done deal right ? " oh yes all i have to do is send it to ford motor credit its approved " great ...
we keep the car over the weekend due to the dealer being closed on sunday ... come monday we call and call and call the dealer ...late that afternoon we get a call from the so call finance manager ... you need to come in we have a few options :WHAT!!! so we head back up to keith hawthorn south blv ... 30 miles away ... ok at this point i have had about enough ... we walk in to the office and to tells us the payments on the white GT will be 528.25 a month at a 14.95% rate ... i tell her that she had stated we would get the car and was told we would get the car at 7% and a payment of 374.00 she stated oh no thats on a new one ...i was over it all at this point ... she then goes on to state i can put you in a 2011 mustang at that price ... i told her to keep her 2011 and all the rest of the cars they have to offer ... i have never had such a bad time trying to buy a car from ANYONE ... beware of this place they will pull you in and try to force you to buy a new car and not the one you want ...
Side note ... when i took the white GT home there was no gas in the car the saleman tells me stop and put 10 bucks in it and ill give it back to you when you come back monday to do the paper work "ok no problem" well after all this goes down i walk up to the salesman and ask for my 10$ back he tells me na that was if you bought the car" Lost it " STAY AWAY GUYS !!!
