incompetent realtors
I have been looking for a condo/home to rent with a deadline of August 1st. My search began early June 2010 and I knew exactly what I was looking for. I liked the area of Glenwood Park/Zoo Atlanta, speciacally and others surrounding downtown. I did some driving around and found a property in the Enclave townhome division with a Keller Realty sign reading LEON WILSON this was my first headache. I called him and everything seemed great, he immediately sent over some properties and I expressed interest in two, He told me he was having a open house at one that I wasn't interested in and I told him well if we can go see the ones that I do like, Ill be available. I never heard from him whatsoever and he never returned my emails or calls. Despite that he would call me very late after 7pm which I was very uncomfortable with. I didnt let this discourage me so I kept searching and ended up founding a listing online that another Keller & Associates Realtor listed...Rashad Arnold, just like the first guy he sent me a list of properties after telling me that one I expressed interest in had been leased. I immediately responded to the list he emailed liking two properties and we discussed meeting on Saturday 7/3/2010. I asked him to please call me and confirm with me considering it was a holiday weekend, I had even suggesting waiting until Monday 7/5/10 but he insisted Saturday was good for him and I shouldnt wait because the properties could be gone. So I agreed and never heard from Rashad Arnold, I emailed, I called, no response. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service and professionalism. I have over 7 years experience in a customer service related position. So I take it very seriously. My time is valuable and when I give my time to do business with someone especially a "professional realtor" I expect at least the minimum. DO NOT WORK WITH KELLER OR THESE MEN IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. I am happy to say I did find a Condo to rent down town, beautiful great, no headaches.
