This home builder is the reason that there is a mortgage crisis in Colorado. They run their own mortgage company and force people into nonconventional loans. They actually wanted me to pay 58% of my monthly income into a mortgage payment. They gave out my credit information to a friend of mine that I never authorized to have. This company has horrible customer service.
Do not buy a Keller Home.
