On the 5th November they confirmed receipt of full payment of R2 600-00 for a vehicle to carry 20 people from Westville to Pietermaritzburg, with various stops on the way for my Hen's party.
On the 28th November when the vehicle arrived at the first stop in Westville, it was certified to carry only 13 passengers. We immediately advised them that this was not acceptable, and asked them to organise an alternative; they advised that this would be difficult at this stage.
Some of the party proceeded to the first stop in the vehicle, the balance followed by car as there was not sufficient space.
The driver and us tried to get hold of the owner, Krish, repeatedly once at the first stop, but to no avail, and we therefore had no alternative but to organise another company to provide us with a bus as we were already behind schedule and needed to leave Westville. We then finally managed to get hold of Krish who confirmed that they would refund us in full on the following Monday.
To date despite numerous telephonic and email requests from us and our attorneys no payment has been made.
