My family went to beijing during the new for our wedding anniversary celebration.
What we didnt expected is that only one night stay we have ened up in a car accident.
We book a car from the hotel and appionted car came with kemspiki staff to escort us we expect it to be a safe journey with expert driver especially when we stay in a 5 star luxury hotel.
Unfortunately, we run into an accident and the hotel push all responsibility and quote the car were from a car rental company.
god's blessing my 1year old son is fine and my husband got a bad sprain on the neck and worst for me i have short memory lost and a brai shock that cant be diagnose well in a short time.
The irresponsible hotel put us in a run down hospital without any care and no shower facity for a customer that has paid for five star hotel.This is not all, no experience nurse were there and have prick me at least 4-7 times a day to put the drip in.
U could imagine, what have i a brain shock patient has went thru especially a young lady like me has a big cut on the face result by the accident has made my everyday misery waking up looking at a face that even my son scared off.
in the hospital i was in coma and were on drip and cant move. we requested to move to a better hospital several times but were ignore thou we said we are willing to paid.
With such behaviour i would like to share how would a luxury hotel like Kemspinki will act when a customer( no matter u or me) run into accident using thier service will have to suffer.
