I wanted to get a good deal on a rental car for my honeymoon trip to Ireland.
I searched the internet to get a low price. I pre-paid with a rental company in Portland, Maine called KEMWEL.
The price included extra insurance fees and totaled $289.28 for my 8 day trip.
I got to Ireland at 9:30 am on June 2, 2009 and left brought the rental back at 4:25 am on June 10, 2009.
Fees taken out:
March 23, 2009 $289.28
June 5, 2009 $410.85

Total charged taken from my account for this rental car = $700.13

I tought I paid extra for the car insurance, but at the agents desk they wanted to charge more fees for insurance.

I had no idea that this rental is costing me -like being chrged two times for the one car. I was at the airport at 4:25am to get to my flight for 7 am.
I should not be charge the additional day for not using the vehicle, either.
