Car was involved in a hit and run and reffered to Ken Garff Auto Body by Met Life Ins. for Service. Car was returned with major mechanical (Drive train) issues. Car was in repair for over 4 weeks. Ken Garff did not communicate in a timely fashion. Nor did they have an explanation for the Mechanical issues once the car was returned. Met life would not cover the mechanical issues stating that these were not a result of the accident.
This seems to me to be colusion on the part of the insuarance and repair shop. The service manager at Ken Garff was innept, uninformed, and totally unhelpful. I am still waiting for a wheel center cap to complete the cosmetic portion of my repair. I was informed today 4 weeks later that they would send me a check for that item, and I could find it on my own.
Wow what service. DO NOT BUY A NISSAN TITAN, DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM KEN GARFF, AND DO NOT HAVE ANY LACK OF SERVICE WORK PERFORMED AT ANY KEN GARFF FACILITY
