OMG!! Where can I start? I was rear ended by a young 17 year old following too close. My 14 year old daughter was in the back seat and she suffered neck injurie. I called Ken Nugent and they sent someone to my home the next day She came by and assisted and made appointment for me to a chiropractor which only assisted us for 30 minutes on Monday and Thursday for 3 weeks.Ken Nugent's office was located in Albany and they didnt keep in touch and when I called they stated that I had to wait until I was dismissed from the doctors office.After the Chiropractor dismissed us, We still didnt get any contact from the office or from the case manager. She acted like she had a attitude when you called them.The accident was Sept 11 2009 and it was 6 months later when they compensated us.How did they compensate us. They told me with their fee which was over 1200.00 my doctor bills and chiropractor, only left me with $780.00 and my daughter with their fee$1234, the doctor bills and chiropractor bill which was 3400 my daughter had a negative $450 that he said we owed them.I Stupidly accepted my compensation because I wanted no more dealing with them but canceled my daughters and took her to another lawyer in Columbus, Ga.The lawyer in columbus got my daughter back 4500. Ken Nugent is a liar and a fake, .They wont let you speak to Ken Nugent. They are a fake and liar. Commericals are fake as well and we, the people that have used them as a lawyer needs to sue him for false advertismement
