I hired this lawfirm back in Aug.2008 and spoke to my att.christia wagner maybe 3x's before letting her go early March for not knowing the facts of my case and her lack of concern of my body fully treated before settling my case.When I spoke with Ms.Wagner the last 2 calls she(ms.wagner)said the at fault comp. allstate made a offer to settle at $14, 000.00 then, I told her no and I didn't want to settle because I was still having issues with injuries then, she (ms. wagner)said she was gonna call allstate for a high offer and called me back a few days later with a higher offer of $13, 000.00????ok. then, as my attorney advised me that if I went to court on this matter I might walk out with nothing cause the man that hit me was from Swaunee Ga. but, the man that hit me was from Griffin, Ga. and I was sitting at a red light (notmoving)when the man from griffin was accross from me at a red light and came through it because he thought it turned green causing the man from swaunee to hit him and spin the man from Griffin into my front end and causing my airbags to deploy therefore knocking me completely out and causing whiplash, a herniated disk that needs to be surg.removed and a permenant burn scar on my left bicep and may I remind you ms.wagner said if I went to court I could walk out with nothing as if I caused this.Therefore, I felt this lawfirm was a joke and had to release her as my att. for not knowing my facts and basicly feeling that she was working for allstste not me.Since then, Ms. Wagner has sent a letter to allstate putting a lien on any settlements on my case stating she was to recieve $5, 316.62 from any settlement.This amout was to reflect 40% of the aledged $13, 000. offer made plus $116.62 for costs? anyways, it was a short time after that I was sent a letter from allstate extending their offer of $12, 225.00 and I have tried to contact Mr. Nuggent by certified mail explaining in detail how I don't feel it's right for an attorney to recieve this amount, when I had no choice but to let her go because she was not doing her job by not even knowing what was going on with my case and also asked for answers on the different amounts of settlement offer beacuse I was told by Mr.John Mcenerry that there was only one offer made at $13, 000.00 and that's a lie but, every time I call or write I get put off and no answers to resolve this matter the lawfirm basicly acts as if they have the power and consumers have no power to expose them or might I say make them change their minds cause they are God...believe me if you were dealing with them youwould see this also, my mother in law referred me before she settled with Ken Nuggent and they told her the same thing about going to court and walking out with nothing and she needed a neck surgery that may have taking her life because of her accident...then, the kicker is now I look on their website and all the complaints sound the same cause that's the way they do bussiness...CAN YOU PLEASE HELP!!!noboy else I've went to seems to care...this is my phone #678-300 8537 please help.
