The kenetico company has terrible service and follow through. They do not respond to complaints about their dealers. The treatment system has rarely worked for the past 5 years and I hope they go out of business. I am a contractor who these frauds got over on. I hope I can save a consumer the headache of dealing with this outfit. 30 years in construction and they are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. DO NOT let them in the door! They installed their top of the line system at a cost of 8k. It never worked as they stated. They then came out and installed a different system that constantly has blockage and failures. I had to change the filter canister to a larger one when they could not get my water pressure to return. They reduced my incoming line down to a 3/4" line that i will have to restore to the original 1" to get my pressure back up. Do not expect any support from the manufacturer as they only refer you back to the same hacks.
