my refrig went out and its under service agreement so i called sears this was last thurs. the earlest appoinment they could give me was wed from !pm to 5 Pm so they called around 4 ;45 and said they were running late they would be at my after 5 maybe 5;30by 6;45 still not here. so i called they lady told me he was in plainfield finishing a service call and would be at my house which is in plainfield at 8pm still not here so called again put on hold spoke with areo 9092 saidthat the service guy called me at 7;30 which was a lay and said i didnt answer so guy was on way back to shop i asked to talk to supervisor i was very angry i have 4 children and have been living out of cooler because today the the earliset you could come out and now no one i was put on hold for over fifty min. so i called from another cell phone to ask what was going on the gentlemen that put me on hold never came back on line to c heck with me or nothing so when i called on other line i talked to stacey and she said sorry but still didnt resolve problem said could set up time for next day not conveint for me i have been a customer with you for 16 years and this is how you treat me i have bought all my appliance with you with extended warranty for un happy with service i will be trying to contact some one tomorrow to see if i can get all my money back on the extra warranty on my appliances if you need to reach me call 815-382-0890 or email [email protected] once again very unhaPPY WITH SEARS
