On 1/29/2009 Thursday I recived a Dishwasher and Refrigerator The dishwasher was installed and then I received the Refrigerator and before the installers came with the item I washed dished and some pots. After they came and installed the Refrigerator I had no hot or cold water They said they did nothing wrong and left. I am still with no running sink water hot or cold. I had called up and told Sears what happened and they said they would look into it. I decided to go to the saled person at Sears and let him know what happened. He was there and I told him the problem and he pick up the telephone and called the main department and they would take care of it. I had bought a stove and microwave a few months ago from Sears and had a lot of problem with the microwave. It came chipped in the front as you open the door, I requsted it to be changed. Three more time they delivered another microwave but each one had the same problem. I finnally said I will keep the firs one as it was less chipped.
When that happened I said I would never buy another appliance form Sears which I should have done. I was then convinced by my familly that it was just something that happened and that they had a good sale and I went against my better jugement. Now I have problem with not having hot or cold water. Eaither the Refrigerator or the dishwasher was not installed properly. Had no water since this last Tursday until Monday 2/2/2009. If I have to get a plumber I will send the bill to Sears.
I am very very very sick from this ordeal and will never buy another product from Sears.
