Unhappy with Louisville Sears

Delivery
Found a washing machine i wanted at Sears on Tuesday and learned that I could get either 12 month no interest if i pay with Sears card or free delivery and haul away with rebate. I chose delivery and he also mentioned he could give me 6 months interest free with that but not 12 so I asked the rep to hold machine (last one) so i could go get the Sears card from home. I had hour and half to go home before store closes but employee said he was in hurry to go home and insisted i come in the morning at 10am when they open so i don't have to hurry back. I though that was ok and missed half a day of work to come get this done but to my surprise another rep that was there said Wednesday pick up was already taken and i will have to wait until Monday for delivery because next pick up is on Friday or pay more to have it delivered during weekend. 6 months interest free was not an option per rep that processed the transaction and I still stuck with delivery and chose Monday if i am waiting that long 2 days before and paying more would be crazy but more i thought about it it disturbed me because i was hurried as the employee wanted to go home, told wrong about 6 months no interest and i had time to come back pay for it that night and have it delivered next day. I contacted Sears customer service and asked to get the 12 month interest free on this because it just felt wrong. They responded with no and chose to send me 10% coupon for next Sears purchase. I mean come on, who wants to come back to the store and purchase more after all this. These people really need to learn customer service.
