To begin with my husband and I are 100 percent Ford buyers. BUT we purchased a 2005 Ford Five Hundred and every summer for 2 years we have the same problem. The cars jerks, launches - not a smooth ride and we have spent a lot of money to fix it and STILL are waiting for them to figure out EXACTLY what is wrong with it. This morning we took it to Kent City Ford and they test drove it - they put a part in the rear wheel. Charged us another $125.00. My husband drove it home and it STILL isn't fixed. I drove it back to Kent City and a mechanic test drove it with using the black box on it and he THINKS he knows what is wrong with it, but didn't have a loaner car. So we have to take it back again tomorrow morning to hopefully FIX IT!!! We are tired of paying to fix this beautiful car and NEVER get it fixed!!!
We need answers to why your mechanics like to put parts on and not get to the bottom of the problem.
