KFC, one of my families favorite places to eat, and still is, but on July 3, 2011 at approximately 7:20 pm, we went to eat at KFC in New Ulm, MN. We were trying to decide if we should order separate meals or a bucket, and decided with a bucket. I asked what all came with the bucket, he told me and I said fine, that's what we'll have. When we finished and I went to throw my trash away I noticed a cicular ad stand showing that a bucket on Sundays was $10.00 for 10 pieces. I just paid $18 some dollars for my 8 pc. bucket. I went up to the counter, they were not busy inside and just asked this worker why no one mentioned the special to me. I said I could have gotten over twice the chicken for half the price. A younger gal, not the one that even took my order, then preceded to tell me in a very condescending (actually snotty is more like it), "we don't have to". And I said well that is not very good c.s. and if you have specials they should either be on the wall where you can see them as you come in, this stand is after you order past the beverage fountain. You don't see it until after you order. I just politely said, "well, don't you just think it would be the right thing to mention the special if someone is actually ordering a bucket?' She told me, "the manager said not to unless they ask". Well I did not believe any manager would say that, but then the manager on duty that night came up and asked me if there was a problem and I just explained the situation to him and all he did was look down at the cash register. I stood there for about 30 seconds with him still looking down at the cash register and then he just walked away. Didn't acknowledge me or anything. I have worked in the fast food business, on their side, and also at Target and would never, ever have treated a customer like that. I never raised my voice, I was very calm and just wanted to be treated like I was a good customer. We eat at KFC at least 4-6 times a month. This is the place we go to most of the time and never been treated like this before. There were also some older women in there that, as I went up to talk to the manager told me that they were very disappointed in the service and lack of respect.

Wrong order given
Was told original recipe not ready for 45 min. Paid extra for thighs and breasts only. Received mostly legs and wings. Ordered and paid for large order popcorn chicken that we never received. Was supposed to get to pick 4 large sides. Was told 2 of them HAD TO BE mashed potatoes. Really? Since when? Got home and called to complain, was told to bring order back and they would fix it. Don't think so. Dinner was already late, grandchildren starving and crying for their popcorn chicken. Plus it would take 45 minutes round trip. Will never go back.
Thanks for nothing KFC.

service
while in kfc in the abbeycentre longwood road at 7.40 this evening, one member of staff was serving customers while another two staff where behind the counter cleaning and cashing up tills, i believe the kfc is open until 9pm, while four customers in front of me where waiting to be served, one of these customers brought back a burger which had slime for salad, another asked for her money back because she had waited for so long, eventually after approx 20minutes i was served with chips which had been sitting in the tray for at least the length of time i had been there, then i had to return a burger because it had salad on it and was supposed to be plain, the lady behind me then asked for fresh chips to be put on, which the staff did, i had finished my meal and a lady who had been in front of me in the cue was still waiting for her meal, i just found the whole experience totally unacceptable. My family and i enjoy kfc but not if we had to go through that each time. Regards T.Agnew

Poor food and service
We bought KFC last night from KFC Kolonade in Pretoria. (29/09/2010) For starters, the person who helped us, forgot to put half the order in the bags, I had to ask him for the rest of my stuff. He then added only half of what was left. I had to ask him again for the rest. When we got home and open the Streetwise 3 (2 of them) the chicken was so small and looks as if it was made with old oil and the chips that was with it was less than what my daughter got in her chicky meal. I would have got more value for my money to by another chicky meal for my husband than a Streetwise 3.

Wages Not Paid
Hi my name is Todd, i havent been paid for 2 weeks.i was working in kfc but i still havent recieved my pay for 6 weeks.I have talked to my manager Amir he said he has called and emailed them and you have said you are looking into it but 6 weeks looking into it?Im considering all my options please help someone.Its disgusting in this day and age iam having to wait this long for money that i have worked for.

Poor Service
I went into KFC and got a $ 12.bucket of chicken ( That is what I got for a 20 piece a few years ago) with biscuits and coleslaw. Walked out the door and looked in the Bag no napkins! go back in and no napkin dispenser, so I ask. Down the road I pulled over to eat and no utensils !!! What do you teach these Kids ? to be dumb ?? My cell phone is 734-612-4942 for communication with me only! They didn't have Extra Crispy, then they did, But know I have a hard time going out for something to eat, & this makes it even harder. It makes for a bad experience ! Reed

Wrong order
On the night of Thursday 14 April I bought a 10 piece box of chicken from Kentucky Fried Chicken in Batemans Bay.
When I got home and opened the box it contained 7 legs and 3 thighs pieces.
This is 10 pieces of chicken, but I feel I was cheated out of the better quality pieces, so that it was not value for money.

The chicken was to greasy
There is know need for lemington KFC to keep calling me.My son & I did have a meal there complainted about greasy chicken & fries.I did complain, they need not to keep calling me . I am very upset about this.They know the situation, & called the day after to reassure me money would not be refunded.Since I live in Essex now the said coupons would be refunded & I could eat where ever I won't.I am going to have a major suegery.The reason why I once again besause it has been reported in Dec.was thinking I guess had forgotten us.No need to call us I don;t need this...Just make this clear I just need my refund back even it is coupons.I hope another KFC can serve another @ better meal.The girls in leaminton did appoligised this is enough.No callin Just refund.So unhappy customer.Never seen a big outlet where ever you are continue tghis. Bad service
On January 18, 2011 on or about 9:45pm, I placed an order from the drive-through that is located on Gen. De Gual in New Orleans, LA. I acknowledge that this was just before closing and I am sure that employees have been informed not to prepare any more food at this time. However, as a customer, I think it is fair to say that you are entitled to what you order and if it is not available you should not be given just anything. Having said that, I ordered a three piece meal (white) (original) and upon arriving at home, I found three pieces of chicken that was fried so hard it was unbeliveable! As stated before, I knew that the chicken probably had been sitting out for a while; however, this was crunchy instead of original and that is why I ordered original, to prevent from having to receive hard chicken. I know that I should have checked my order before leaving the property; however, it seemed as if an employee's ride was waiting for them and the person had blocked the drive through lane and I had to back up to get out and I did not want to cause any confusion that time of night in that part of town.
