Terrible service!
My husband and I wanted to buy take aways from Kentucky Fried Chicken in Centurion (South Africa) yesterday, 2 February 2008. The employee touched our food with her hands, after cleaning some of the tables and touching customers money with her hands. Needless to say, we decided to leave. She was offended and very upset when we indicated this to her. The management of Kentucky Fried Chicken in South Africa need to apply effective selection and recruitment procedures and train their staff properly. This is not the first time I have made a complaint and am surprised that South Africans still support KFC. We are satisfied with substandard service and tolerate employees that get cross with customers when they perform poorly. In order to make South Africa a better place and in order to teach my fellow South Africans high standards, I will continue to make complaints, until we get it right.

Poisoned salmonella!
On Sunday 27th January 2008, I was visiting the Pavilion Shopping Centre in Durban. At 11h30 I bought myself a Jalapeno Twister from KFC. I did not eat anything else that day as I did not feel hungry. By 10pm that evening I was vomiting severely with watery diarrhea and acute stomach pains followed by temperatures and chills. My husband rushed me through to the doctor the following morning. It was established that seen as though the Twister was the only food I had eaten that day that was different to what the rest of the family had eaten, that I had developed Salmonella Poisoning. It is now 3 days later and still I am suffering bouts of nausea and have no appetite whatsoever. I know I will never be able to prove beyond a show of doubt that it was defiantly the KFC however I vow never to eat KFC again so long as I breathe fresh air.

Terrible service!
At the dinner hour I went to Kentucky Fried Chicken on Silver Spring & Lovers Lane in Milwaukee to buy some guess what, chicken. Would you know that they didn't have chicken! not even the original chicken. Imagine, no chicken at dinner time at a chicken restaurant. Maybe the store was crowded, ah maybe not, there were no cars in the parking lot. I thought McDonald's was bad when they didn't have egg mcmuffin at breakfast time. Do you now have to call ahead for reservations at fast food restaurants...

Did not get what I paid for!
Paid for our dinner, asked employee for the fried wings on the buffet because there were none there and specified that is all I will eat (have my reasons). She said ready in two minutes. 30 minutes later and 2 other requests they still were not there. The employees found that very funny and laughed. When I asked for the manager I had to wait 5 minutes and then all she said was "Oh well." So I asked her for a number where I can make a complaint. She handed me a piece of paper and said call this number. All the number is for is a brief survey and no where to make a complaint. As I was walking out of the store, still hungry, my husband who was waiting just outside saw the young man behind the counter make gestures toward me. We were treated less than a paying customer should be treated. Not only did I not have a meal, they did not even make any gesture toward satisfying a customer who paid and did not eat. Harassment and disgusting service!
It was Tuesday, December 12th 2007, around 3:00 pm. I went to KFC in Wollaston to buy some food for my family and I. It wasn't a busy day and I saw a sign outside of the fast food restaurant that says SPECIAL TUESDAY MEAL DEAL FOR $2.99. I asked the cashier what deals on the menu were on sale today for $2.99. She rolled her eyes at me and started to mumble everything she was saying so i couldn't understand a single word. I was confused so I asked her in a polite manner to please repeat what she just said and this was her reaction. The cashier - " I JUST TOLD YOU WHAT THE DEALS WERE! THEY AREN'T ON THE MENU AND WE DON"T HAVE A PICTURE OF IT! IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO UNDERSTAND!" After that she mumbled everything exactly the way she did it the first time, except this time it was even more irritating that even her co-workers were shaking their heads at her. At this point, I was about to lose my temper, but I decided to just let it go. I ordered 2 meal deals from the menu and paid for it with my credit card. As i handed her my credit card, she took it away from my hand with a bit of force and just kept rolling her eyes. When packing my food, she would toss everything together in a hurried manner so that the biscuits would me flattened, the side orders would not have the lids covered, the chicken would be outside of the box it was suppose to be in. It was just disgusting. The worse part about it was that all the workers in there would just pretend they didn't see anything and the cashier badmouthed me in spanish because she thought i wouldn't understand. The chicken i got tasted as if it was a week old, not to mention the mash potatoes. Unless KFC corp. fix their incompetent staffs and expired food, the dirty food and disgusting service will soon prevent anyone from ever eating there again.

Cold & Old chicken
I have given this branch 3 different chances and every time the chicken is cold and old. Considering the price of these meals they should at least be edible.

Extremely poor service!
At 12:35, 11/8/07, in the KFC on Route 31 in Flemington, NJ an employee named "Luis" was taking orders at the counter and was unable to understand English ! Result was that orders were prepared as "take-out" but customers wanted to eat in the restaurant, customers requested certain amounts of food items and Luis could not count correctly! The was a waiting line of over 15 customers at the counter. Unit is not run properly as most of the tables were dirty and not level so that when you put drinks down they fall over from the unstable tables. UNIT NEEDS EMPLOYEES WHO CAN SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!

Wrong order...Bad management
I have never visited a worse restaurant than the one in Hillsboro , Ohio.
The girls from work and myself often order lunch , from local restaurants. One of 'the girls' is my manager , she placed the order over the phone. They said to give them 20 minutes so we gave them 35 minutes. When my co worker arrived they had no idea about the order. So , she gave them the same paper the orders were written on. They still got everything wrong. When she arrived back at our store , I called KFC and asked for the manager. The girl who answered the phone said she was the manager. Then she said she had taken the phone order from my manager. And that she had ordered what we were given. AND she wouldn't even appologize for the mistakes.!!!!!
If she had taken the order on the phone, why wasn't it ready? They couldn't even get it right when they read it right off the paper we had it written on.!! And WHY would a manager not even appologize. She even had the nerve to say MY manager lied ,' that's not what she ordered'.
NEVER will I visit that store again , until I know things have much changed...Like Management , if not ownership.

Cold -- Hard-- Dry --Chicken
My husband and I have worked hard at our jobs.He went to pick up two chicken strip dinners.You could not eat them.The chicken was hard- cold - dry.We refuse to go back there.He said there was a bunch of kids working in there- playing and loud. This is the Kentucky Fried Chicken on Entrance Rd. in Leesville Louisiana. They could take a few lessons from Popeyes.

Incompetency franchises
On several occasions we have experienced either one of the following without rectification on the part of management of franchise in Windhoek, Namibia:
1. Waiting in quees for upr to 45 minutes -due to insufficient stock.
2. Waiting for chicken up to half an hour.
3. Promotional items clearly displayed but when ordered no stock available.(eg.Hot Wings, KFC pops)
4. On regular occasion, no lettuce for rounders, no buns, no sauces, no tortilla wraps for twisters.
