False advertising
I left work June 12, 2010 arrived at K.F.C. on Quinpool Road, Halifax, NovaScotia at 11:35 PM. To find the doors locked, out of town guests that I told I would be bringing dinner home only to buy crap pizza. The hours on the door clearly stated 11am-12am.
This is false advertising, the young man inside did not have the desencee to even come to the door to say anything.He looked right at me then moved to the back of the store. I have always served K.F.C. to my guests with pride, not this time.

chicken pot pies
everytime we go to the local kfc for a chicken pot pie, they say they dont have any ready and its 20 minute wait. this happens between the hours of 4:30 pm cst and 7:00 pm cst. i would recomend that if this product can not be served in a timely manner, that it should be removed from the menu !!!

Poor service etc
My husband and I really love KFC. He is a sales manager of a company and on a monthly basis visits Graaff Reinett and Cradock. Every month when he goes to Graaff Reinett he orders KFC. Last night when he phoned me he was so shocked about the poor service he received at Graaff Reinettes KFC. As usual he wanted to upsize his meal. They told him due to the fact that they're starting with renervations today they don't have any bottles of cooldrink, which is fair. When he asked for tomato sauce and salt they could not give him any because they don't have any in stock. They could not even give him a serviete. I feel this is really pathetic. I must say I'm really dissapointed in the image and service of KFC.

didn't get what I ordered
I went to KFC last night and ordered an 8 pc. bucket of chicken only. I wasn't paying attention when I paid, but she charged me $20.13 which is the the 8 pc. meal. The chicken only is $13.78 which includes tax on both items. When I got home and realized what had happened I found that I did not receive a receipt when paying either with change or in the bag. I had to go back and rudely they said they couldn't do anything about it as I did not have a receipt.
I feel that I have been scammed and will never go to another KFC even if that's the only place around to get anything to eat. I feel that the manager most likely pocketed the overage on the drawer.

Yesterday (May 10, 2010) my husband, mother in-law and myself went into the above mentioned KFC for dinner. The sales ticket was time stamped at 5:50pm. The Manager of this store spoke very loud to her employees as well as customers. She yelled at her co-workers like they were all deaf, and was very rude to them. While we sat and ate our luke warm dinners, which was another problem in itself, we could hear and see her yelling at customers as well. I asked the gentleman who took our order to give me her name, as I was going to report her to the KFC complaint line or email. He told me that he would ask her to lower her voice and I asked him not too. If this is how she sounds and treats her staff and customers, she should be let go. She was so rude and loud that I was hoping other customers would complain about her too.
We spent $16.92 for meals that were luke warm, the tables were dirty, and the Manager, who thought she was alot more than she was, ruined our dinner. We will not go to that KFC again. We thought we would have a nice dinner out, and instead it turned out to be a nightmare.
I hope something is done to stop this so called Manager from driving all of your customers away.

Terrible Service
I were traveling back to Las Vegas from LA, when we got hungry and decided on KFC, we got to the 2785 Lenwood Rd, Barstow, CA location at 7:00PM, there were 2 customers ahead of us. There was a manager (Female) and two workers (male). We went to place our order and they told us that they were out of Mac and Cheese and also out of corn on the cob. I asked for a #13 and an additional Double Crisp sandwich, which I was charged $4.99 for. We waited and waited for our order, as we were waiting, previous customers were returning asking for bisckets that they never got, and also sporks that another customer didn't get. As we were waiting for our food the manager taped a piece of paper on the front door, saying closing early due to Easter, this was at 7:15 PM Sunday the 4th of April 2010. So as we waitied she asked our server to go and lock the door which took time away from him helping us. So we are still waiting for our food and another customer returned to say that they didn't get thier Parfiet, the manager gave them two because of the wait and the mistake. So now after 30 minutes of waiting we get our order and go to leave and all the doors are locked. Which I believe to be a big no no because of an emergency there would be no exits! So we waited another 5 minutes to get the door unlocked. After we were let out, we got into our car and I was backing out when my son said he had no spoon for his mashed potatoes. So I returned to the front door, which is locked and pounded on it to get someones attention, the man that served us started coming to the door when I gestured that we needed spoons, he got the spoons and unlocked the door an gave me the spoons. I started to remove the items from my bag and found that the extra sandwhich was not there that I payed for.

Customer service
Female manager who doesn't like certain people in public gives bad customer service in kfc/taco bell to those people. Owners should question other employees about said manager with out fear of being fired or singled out by said manager. Apparently this bad customer service happens often, and nothing is being done to correct the problem.

hard and old meat
I live in a town 15 miles from the store. When I got home my food was horrible. It was cold and extra hard. I called the manager no one came to the phone. The next day I finally got in touch with a manager. As I was trying to tell her my food was bad, she took over the conversation saying, there was nothing wrong with my food and I should have called last night. If someone had came to the phone I would have. She was extra rude and almost cussed me. She told me I was wasting her time. And that the chicken couldnt be hard cause they cooking so much every minute. I felt she should have been more professional and said, "Sorry you food was a problem, can you bring it back. I didn't want money back. I just wanted my food right so I could eat it. I don't live in Corsicana Tx. I live in Kerens Tx. Which is 15 miles away. Unfair treatment/illegal
I work at the KFC in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Our boss Shirley Robinson, clocks us out earlier than she should. She clocks us out, while we are still working! She, along with other managers make us stay, after we are clocked out, at KFC. We are not allowed to leave, until everybody else is clocked out. Which many times has taken over 20 minutes. By law, we are supposed to be payed. This is illegal and action should be taken.

Poor service& food of poor quality
The KFC in Knysna has really gone downhill. Their food tastes nothing like the KFC brand -it's asif they've changed the recipe - oily, gross, old stale rolls & very little mayo. Their chips were old (probably the previous days') and the service we got! The lady was having a very bad day and let everyone know it... slapping their food on the counter, banging things around like she was really annoyed at having to serve us... very bad customer service!
