My husband went in to KFC tonight & ordered me a 2 piece chicken dinner with what was supposed to be a breast & a leg. I opened the dinner & took a bite of cold mashed potatoes & gravy & told him they were disgusting, so he went back in & told them that the potatoes were cold & asked them if he could have an order of warm mashed potatoes & they told him that they were warm & they didnt have any more & it was close to closing time anyway & gave him an order of coleslaw which I didnt want an extra order of coleslaw or I would have ordered an extra one in the first place. While he was in there trying to get me some edible mashed potatoes, I seen they gave me a wing that didnt have any meat on it in place of the leg that he ordered. Then I couldnt even get the fork into the breast, it was so tough. The chicken tasted plum nasty also. I would suggest that they start closing earlier & go home, since they arent doing their job anyway.As far as I am concerned, not only did we get ripped off more or less paying $8.00 to $9.00 for an order of coleslaw & a biscuit ( the only 2 measly things edible out of the whole dinner), but whoever is paying the employees their wages there got ripped off too, because where I come from, if you are on the clock & you arent doing your job, you are stealing from the company & losing customers for your employer also, which neither my husband, my son, or I will ever go back. By the way, this event took place on Jan.23, 2010 in case the ONE who signs these particular employees' checks would be interested in knowing which ones of their employees are lacking customer service skills for a starter.

For 5 weeks now we have been a patron at the KFC in Hot Springs AR. The buffet is supposed to be open until 8 pm. It is usually open, but very poorly stocked. Last night we arrived at 7:15 pm...there was no mashed potatoes, no cole slaw, and no peach cobbler on the buffet...we asked if it was still open. The reponse we got was that it is open until 8pm. I said " well, we were wondering because there is no mashed potatoes, cole slaw, or cobbler on there." The girl said " well, i can bring out some potaoes but we are out of coleslaw. " We did dine from the buffet. They brought out potatoes...never mentioned the cobbler...and never brought out any more chicken...when we left there were 2 pieces left. The week before, we had to ask for more chicken and they ran out of mashed potatoes. Very poor service...would not recommend this KFC.

KFC rip off coumpon for free grild chichen is bull eastgate would not oner the coupond! FKC sucks the lady insulted me at drive throught said somthing about coumpons not be any good. I hope KFC go's under for this. I am going to tell eveyone I know not to go there!

time my gas money my wait in line. Being insulted by KFC telling me that my coupon was no good trying to tell me that the coupons were fraudulent. KFC ripped me off.

1x fully loaded box meal: burger had zinger sauce on which was NOT asked for.
1x fully loaded Zinger, no sauce
2x streetwise one and
2x extra pieces - ALL the chicken was RAW
1x famous bowl - NO chicken at all.
We were asked to wait 20 mins for chicken, which was not a problem, then we were told there was NO gravy and that we'd have to wait which we did- for 50mins before we got our order.

Several times it happend that the chicken at Modimolle kfc smelled burnt. Other times, especially on sunday evenings, they don`t have chicken and then you have to wait several minites, even up to 20 min . Other times they forget to include the bun, when ordering a streetwise one. Several times I had to make a waisted trip to Modimolle kfc for nothing.
