Poor Service
Just popped into the KFC - Ferndale, only to find a 20 minutes queue at the drive through which is a good sign generally. However I inched forward and finally reached the order counter only to be told that they could not take debit card payments. I was incensed, not being able to purchase lunch was irritating enough after having waited so long. But really incensed me was that it all could have avoided had they simply pasted a sign up letting their customers know BEFORE WE IDLED FOR 20 MINUTES in the queue.

Finger sticking service - for sure!

tough-dry grilled breasr
I haven't a clue about the preperation of the grilled chicken, but the breasts of chicken here are dry and so tough they are not fit for human consumption. I ordered an 8 piece meal that was to consist of legs and thighs, instead I received all breasts, that went to the dog and he refused it.

Slow Service
For the third time I arrived at a drive-up at a KFC and the wait was ridiculous. It was 12:30 PM and I had our 3 year old grandson in the car who was tired and hungry. We waited for 10 minutes before even being asked can we be helped. I called out and then a voice came on saying it will be a few minutes because they were having a shift change at that time. How rediculous is that to have a shift change in the middle of lunch rush. The store is located in Houma, LA and their store number is #20511. This is the third time this has happened at that very same store. Why have a shift change at such a busy part of the day? Even though this is probably an attempt that will not be addressed I wanted to voice our dislike of this situation and I can assure you that this store has lost a customer for their rudeness towards a customer. It doesn't seem that the convienece of their customers are very important. What about all the people who have only 45 minutes or so to get lunch and return to work. How convienent is that for them? Chic-Fil-Le here we come!

Foul Language Store Manager doesn't do anything about
Store Manager I was told by the cashier was a guy named Randy, I was in the store when a man walked in usuing foul language to a superviser when women and childeren are around the superviser stated he couldn't do anything about the language but said that the store manager could but when he pointed him out to me he was in the lobby talking to someone. I placed my order with the cashier by the name of Robert and the guy kept on using the foul language. the Cashier asked the guy to please refrain from the use of the language and he told him to F off and he will say what he wants to the cashier continued with my order and again asvised the guy that the laguage was no right that there are women and children in the store the guy said that he doesn't care and asked the cashier what he was going to do about his language and if it wanted to step outside to get his butt kicked. the cashier appoligized to me about his manners and completed my order. I will never visit this KFC again and the main reason is that the store manager Randy the way I feel does not care about what happens in the store and I do ask other people if you go to this store make sure Randy is no longer a manager because he doesn't care about customers he just cares about himself and sales. There has to be a school where a manager needs to attend to learn customer service and I can tell you he didn't attend or has flunked the course.

Denial of Service
The KFC in Lihue (only one on the island) advertises that they accept Visa credit cards. When I presented my card, I was asked for ID. I told her I had no ID on me and she said they could not accept my credit card without ID. The manager was brought out. I asked her if she was aware that the contract with the Visa corporation prohibits them from denying service if no ID is presented. She didn't know and didn't seem to care. The Rules for Visa Merchants specifically says, "Althought Visa rules do not preclude merchants from asking for cardholder ID, merchants cannot make an ID a condition of acceptance. Therefore, merchants cannot refuse to complete a purchase transaction because a cardholder refuses to provide ID."

coupons
I printed out a coupon for your new grilled chicken meal that I herd about from the Oprah show that was a few months ago. I stopped at the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Ayer Ma.tried to use my coupon the lady at the register told me to fill out this form it has my name and address on it. I was told that it would take a couple of weeks or so for KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN to send me another coupon or something of the same value I have not herd from anyone yet.At the time I don't think the locatin was set up for the grilling operation.Please take care of this A.S.A.P thank you.

Unusual Long Waiting Lines
I'm inquiring about the long, long, long waiting lines in this KFC. When I visited this KFC yesterday I waited over 45 minutes. When I placed my order there's no more wings and It's what my wife wanted. I normally wouldn't have even wrote if It wasn't for my wife who has Cancer. I can't understand why we as Blacks spend majority of our money in KFC's and we have the poorest service. I really enjoy KFC, but due to excessive long lines and my ailing wife who I was bringing from Chemotherapy yesterday, I stop going as much. Now I don't feel the manager is on her job. You got one employee cleaning up, one taking orders and two pulling orders and they're slow as hell. I figure the person who's not really cleaning should be helping during the dinner rush hour. No one should spend an hour in a KFC. You're running out of food during rush hour. I use to work at a couple of fast food places and the service never was this bad because we cared about the people who patronized our restaurant. Disappointed
I've a big fan of KFC (USA) for years. I am living in South Africa now, and was very excited finding a KFC branch here. However, the quality of the food is far from what I am used to. The chicken legs are tiny, the meat is often undercooked and mashed potatoes are watery. The fist time I thought it was just a bad luck. The second time I bought the food, it was of the same quality. I am disappointed and I hope the brand owners do something about it.

I ALSO TRAVEL TO BEAUMONT TEXAS QUIET A BIT. AND IN BOTH BEAUMONT TEXAS AND SULPHUR LOUISIANA I HAVE ORDERED CHICKEN AND GRILLED CHICKEN. AND IN BOTH PLACES I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE FIFTEEN OR TWENTY MINUTES FOR THE ORDER TO BE READY I AM TRAVELING AND HAVE A TIME LIMIT AND CAN NOT WAIT AFTER THEM TELLING ME I HAVE TO WAIT AFTER I GET UP TO THE ORDERING WINDOW. WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THIS WHEN I WAS ORDERING. AND TONIGHT IN SULPHUR LOUISIANA I WANTED TO TRY THE GRILLED CHICKEN THE LADY TOOK MY ORDER AND WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW. I WAS TOLD THEY WERE OUT. AND IT WOULD TAKE A WHILE. I AM NOT PLEASED.
