NO FOOD READY????
My wife and I went to this place and ordered 2 chicken dinners and they didn't have any chicken ready however we were not told this when we gave our order's. They took our money and gave my wife a different order and they gave me my side orders and told me that it would be 20 minutes before the chicken was ready. We waited for at least 25 minutes and they still didn't have it ready!! I got tired of waiting and letting the rest of my food get colder so I took the plate over to the trash can and told them I was NOT going to wait any longer!! They never once offered to give me my money back . What I don't understand is WHY did they seem to have enough food the people going through the drive through and no food for the people that are dining in???????????? I think that they need to reimburse me!!

Inedible
Ordered meal with breasts and chicken strips. It was so tough we could not eat it. Very disappointed since I have been a customer for 20 years and never have had a worse experience. I am not asking for any reimbursement, I just want you to know how awful it was.
I noticed that the building is for sale. As far as I am concerned, it cannot be too soon.

Hair on chicken and burnt chips
We purchased streetwise two from the Richards Bay branch

The chips was burnt and the chicken had hair on it

This means that it was not cleaned properly

PLse address this issue and it was rather disturbing to see your lunch of this quality of which u r paying for

Chicken Pieces short
"Count your chickens before they hatch" - very true when you order a bucket of chicken - supposed to be 21 pieces, only received 20 pieces of which 9 were drumsticks, 7 were wings, which left very little for thighs and breasts.

Advertizes extra-crispy chicken parts. Always out of them. Never ready.
Every time my family visits the KFC on North Street in Danbury, CT, they never seem to have the extra-crispy chicken pieces ready for purchase.

Either they're out of them, just didn't get to fry them, or whatever. I've heard one excuse after the other. We always end up going to the store on Federal Road (Route 7) north. They seem to always have enough on hand for everyone.

What gives here?

filthy establishment
After my husband and I ordered our food we looked for a place to sit down. Most of the tables had not been cleaned off or wiped down. Floors were just as dirty and water was standing on the floor in some spots. It's approximately 7:30 at night and at least 1 person could have been out in the eating area cleaning up. Not 1 person was out there. I was not happy and neither was my husband. I can only hope that this complaint makes it's way back to management.

Terrible experience
Last summer, at the KFC in town, my daughter and I went through the drive thru. We ordered two Twisters, some fries and drinks. There was a vehicle ahead of us. Their windows were not tinted, and thank God we were able to see clearly what transpired. We pulled around just as the people ahead of us were getting the food. I wasn't really concerning myself with their transaction, but I saw that they were handed a bag. The driver opened the bag, the passenger leaned over and went through the bag too. They removed the items and unwrapped them, presumably recognizing this wasn't what they ordered but checking to be sure. The Twister wrappers are shiny. I could tell that's what they were handling. Then they put them back in the bag and handed it back to the clerk through the window. They were soon handed another bag, and I could see they were verifying it was right this time. Evidently their order was correct because they then drove away.

We pulled up to the window and I said to my daughter, how much do you wanna bet that bag was supposed to be ours? Sure as shit, right after I paid and got the drinks, we were handed that bag. It was the same one. I knew what the mistake had been, but never expected that they wouldn't remake our order as a result. Such was not the case. It had clearly been handled and the contents handled. They didn't even bother to TRY to conceal that they were passing this food onto us. They didn't even bother to rewrap it or put it in a fresh bag - but I'm not complaining about that! I'm glad they didn't! It made it obvious to identify this was the same food we'd just watched the people ahead of us handle and give back. I was pissed that they would even try to serve us this same food, even if they weren't aware of what we'd witnessed. How disgusting! I raised my voice about being aware this food had been handled by the people in the vehicle ahead of us and to support this - I not only noted I'd seen it all happen - I pointed out how the bag was crinkled and the wrappers were loose! The manager came to the window and got involved.

You might assume they would at least try to lie and claim I was wrong. No! They admitted that they'd handed out our order ahead of us, but said there was 'nothing wrong' with the food. I was so livid, I threw the bag through their window, then I parked near the door and went inside.

The manager had her panties in a bunch and was waiting to confront me at the front counter. As if she had the right to be pissed at me! She yelled at me for throwing food in the window and I told her if she didn't give me my money back and pronto, she hadn't seen anything yet. I was equally pissed that they had taken my money knowing they were about to give me that bag of handled food. So getting my money back really wasn't even good enough, but to keep from going to jail for slapping the piss out of the snotty manager, my refund would do. But no. She had the nerve to give me a ton of shit about getting my money back. It wasn't like she was even offering to make us fresh food, which we would not have accepted, but she wasn't even using that approach. She felt that since I'd reacted the way I did, I had essentially made the choice to literally throw my food away, she was not responsible for the food or my money!

All of this combined had me utilizing every ounce of willpower within me not to reach over the counter and whup this woman's trifling ass. She was threatening to call the police because I was being 'violent' (having thrown the food) and cursing. That's right, I called you a nasty bitch - BITCH, and guess what a smart nasty bitch would do - she'd pay me back to keep her ass from getting hurt over this. The drive thru clerk, obviously having more sense than her manager, and acting of her own accord, approached with my money. The manager, acting like she was pissed at us both, huffed off. I reminded her one last time what a STUPID nasty bitch she is, then I left.

Can you believe this?!! It's no wonder their lobby was empty and there was no one behind me at the drive thru. They'll be out of business in no time.

nasty food
Me and my husband went to kfc to eat, it was a waste of my money for what it cost.The cole slaw was so dry no dressing on it, so I took it back up to get another one and it was the same.The chicken strips was not done, the snacker sandwich was so dry, food is very expensive today you should get what you pay for.I would not recommend this place to no one, a bunch of young kids working there that does not know how to prepare food and they didn't know what they were doin.I would like for you to check into the place.Me and my husband got stomach cramps after we ate.We threw the rest of the food out, I will never eat there agin that was 14.64 down the drain. harassment
My 83 year old mother and I were having buffet on senior night. She could not finish her chicken and wanted to take the scrap home for the neighbor's cat. Jane Jurgens was washing tables near us and kept hovering and hovering, so I told my mom to wait till she left, as there is a "no take -out" policy and Jane is a known stickler. When Jane left the area Mom got a baggie from her purse, that had meds in it, but she wanted to use it to protect the scrap, and Jane swooped out of nowhere and said loudly there is a no take out policy. Mom said I know, and Jane said she saw her baggie and heard me say to wait till she left the area. Mom's elder friends were sitting all around us, and staring, and so I told Jane she was harassing my mom, and I would be reporting in. I did not realize a left over scrap was considered "take out" by KFC. I'm sure manager Danita does watch purses of the elderly for scraps that go home to pets. Having been a long time faithful customer, I will no longer patronize the facility, nor several people who were upset that Jane was harassing an 83 year old patron over a scrap. I guess it's better off in the garbage than the kitty's tummy. Shame on them. Jane needs to be demoted.

Theft, bad service etc
1. KFC Worcester : Ordered several burgers, hot wings and a fiver - arrived at home and discover the hot wings was not placed into the order bag.
2. KFC Robertson : Order Fiver with chips, hot wings, burgers etc - arrived home - one burger short, no chips included in the fiver meal pack
3. KFC Riversdale - same as above
4. KFC Hazeldean - Pretoria : While waiting for our food, one of the staff members was busy washing the floors - she turned around and placed chicken peices into my orderbag withour thongs and gloves
5. KFC - Hazeldean - Pretoria : ORder again paid in full maar a total of R46 worth of food is not placed into our orderbags

This is obviously a trend to have customers pay for the food and when they don't look, the staff do not place all the food in the bags - obviously to have it themselves later!! And, I never had any response form ANY of their Managers about these issues nie - the only "sorry" I got was from the Hazeldean KFC where they gave me a large POPS for free - this is pathetic service!!
