Fruad
I paid the 7.95 cents for my first order and called to cancel any future orders but they claim to have sent "several" to my adress. I received one box that I assumed was a simple error on their part and sent it back using my credit card to pay to have their product sent back and they took 80.00 out my account any way and I was told that They would contiue to debit my card until all orders were paid even though I informed them that I had only received one, which I mailed back at my expense.

Suspicious company!
I saw their commercials and was interested. I ALWAYS go to the internet for information before I buy something I'm not familiar with. I look at their website and I find sites like this that have reviews. I noted on their website that they do not post the cost of the "free" trial - red flag number one. Also, I suspected that their special ingredient was no more than monoxidil, which is found in Rogaine and probably much more expensive than Rogaine. I've found dozens of web postings where people who tried to get the "free" trial of the product were then hounded by sales calls for other products, who had sneaky charges applied to their credit card, and some who never even received the product. My review, without even trying the product, is definitely TWO THUMBS DOWN. The company does not appear to be honest and I would never do business with them. Buyer beware!

free offer
This product was advertised on KNUS 710 Bob Brinker show on Sunday, 3/20/11 at approximately 4:47pm. It was touted as a "free offer", and when I called for the offer, and after paying the shipping and handling charge for the free product, I was subjected to several long requests to sign up for other/more products. I refused everyone. The final offer was a "free" gift card offer from WalMart or some other retailer (I forgot who), but by that time I was so disgusted that I hung up the phone after 15 minutes of listening to offer after offer. Because this was a radio offer and a telephone call, there are no photos.

Dishonesty
I just received their product yesterday and I am sending back it in the mail. Your great hair regrowth product is nothing more than what is found in Minoxidil (Rogaine) for women and can be purchased over-the-counter, AND is does not cost almost $80.

Also, I am very dissatified to find an additional $3.00 charged to my account when only the $7.95 Shipping & Handling was supposed to charged just to try this "amazing new product". The $3.00 was billed in two seperate charges of $1.50 each for "yourbeautyadvisor". I did not ask for that. What this company did was made the promotional offer, I accepted and gave them my charging information. From there it one promotion after the other that I keep telling them, all I wanted to try was the Keranique. A 2-3 minute phone call ended up being almost a 30 minute phone call. I was very upset. My first gut feeling was not to bother with this, and I now see that I should have gone with my first thought. All this company has done was to reenforce to me that purchasing anything hurried and without research almost ALWAYS spell disaster and discontentment.

This promotional offer is nothing but a front to offer 10 to 15 other offers, that if you are not careful, you will say yes to something unaware. If you are taking part in this offer, please check your account for other sneaky charges (ex. $1.50 charges that added up)
