Torture to Customer

I am Mehmet GUZEL. I bought a MP4 player from Darty Turkey which located City Konya at 10.03.2010. I used it only one time. It did not work anymore. When i went to customer service then they said that "wait during 33 day". Although i called again and again but they want brush me off eachtime. Today is 11.30.2010. I have waited for 27 days and i am sure that i will wait more. Terrible services, terrible commerce for darty and kesa Electricals plc. I never advise shopping from darty.

Product Change

My name is Halit Gultepe

I bought a Moulinex Juice Squeezing Machine from Darty Turkey which located City Istanbul region Beylikduzu. I only one time used it. This machine not squeezing but MADE PUREE... I need machine which can do juice for me not puree. I want change this product i think can )))) But when went to Darty to change machine they said me we can not change by ugly voice and they creak to me and said you open the box's machine you must use all of your life or you can buy new one (last word is Fuck off.. which they said to me). But i said to them i bought only 6 hours ego and there is no any defect on the machine an machine can not squeezed fruits there is one problem we must solve but they said me you are stupid and fuck off from the store. I am shocked how they could do... I will never want to be any store of DARTY in my life I only lost 100$ but they lost me and my all acquaintances, friends, co worker which i have connection i will tell everyone these story... I think this the most biggest lost for Darty.. and For Kesa Electricals plc
