Worst power break down in Karachi on Jun 17, 2009 last a day
I want to asked question from both KESC management and Power Minister why one of the worst power fault faced which begins in evening of Jun 17, 2009 ( 6.45 PM) and last unto next day till evening 5.00 PM almost 22 hours power failure faced by the citizen of Karachi as they are punished by the KESC or take revenge?
Whole night was totally sleepless night and realized who those mange to stay in their home which haven’t UPS or Generator facility. I am talking amount elderly person and infants / kids aged group below 7 years.
They all are faced torture and pain to spend whole night without the electricity. Why the fault not over come and rectify in the shortest time which take a whole day. Who is responsible for this should be punished or sacked from the service.
When I try to contact in Morning and afternoon to the KESC complain centre 118 their phone remain busy continuously. Why they people engaged telephone in order to avoid to receive the complain or not interested to work in KESC than they should left this job at earliest.
Request to Chief Minister – Sind and Prime Minister of Pakistan to take an immediate notice of such a long load shedding which irk all consumers and force to stay in total darkness. All people business remains prayalis due to non-electric in the whole city of Karachi.
Karachi generates more than 60% of revenue but why treats us as second citizen or step mother relation. Why in-justice will continue with the city of Karachi for what reason.
Why we still not sufficient in electricity after 60 years and feel shy to learn from Iran or Japan how they build their country and now become an example for the whole world. Where I never heard of any load shedding yet. The secret behind them are only honest, sincere and loyal leaders those want to develop and progress own country and not remain dependable on USA aids always like Pakistan.
Strict action against taken with the complain centre those people un-necessary exchange the phone than asked them a report how many complain calls they attended (name of complainer, caller No., date and time). Request to head of KESC to enforce immediate basis so all consumers get confidence.
More regretful never KESC realized their mistake or excuse with the consumers. Why our business trade bodies KCCI, FPCCI remain silence and never interested to registered a strong protest or complain because have no power to exercise?
