This company is an absolute nightmare. I found their website and thought it would be perfect. My wedding color is blue and there are not many naturally blue flowers, so silk would be a great alternative and Ketchum's prices were reasonable. We even saw something about a discount so we emailed her for details. In the email, she said the day before was the last day for the discount, but out of the goodness of her heart, she would apply it for me anyway. (The discount was advertised on the website for weeks after I placed the order, but from then on, everything she did was out of her goodness.) From then on, her communication was horrible. She never responds regardless of whether you contact her via email or phone. I got my bouquets and they actually did look pretty. But for my corsages, I didn't think they looked quite right, so I took them to a flower shop for a second opinion, and they (in nicer terms) told me they looked gaudy and from somebody with no experience. As for my altar arrangements, they came almost a month later than promised, and I feel I only got them because I called her and emailed her on a daily basis wanting a tracking number. She promised me a tracking number twice, when later I found out they hadn't been shipped yet. The altar arrangements looked horrible! There was no blue included, just random flowers. We got the large arrangements, which were supposed to be approximately 30 inches. They were 18 with 1 stem reaching up to 23 inches! I also ordered 6 inch candle rings from her. I received 3 inch and when I asked her about it, she said they were 6 inch. I found out through her supplier and many other professionals, they were in fact 3 inch, and she refused to take them back. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and luckily got my money back since they were also unable to receive any communication from her.

In short: Communication was horrible. I had to practically beg for my flowers. I didn't not get many things as promised. And be warned: She operates under many company names
