This similar problem was faced by one of the customer, which I read after being ripped off. I think this place has standard way of scamming people. The other customer was also charged the same as I was. I had a car towed in to Kettering Auto at my expense on a very cold day around 10 degrees as the car would not crank. When I picked it up, they billed me $223 for a batter. The bill was $99 for the battery, $60 for installation and the remainder for 'diagnosis' and tax. I argued that Sears would have done the work for about $100 and he said that he is not Sears and that is better than Sears. This company is better at bogus billing as far as I can see. He looked over the invoice and said that it was cheap and if he wrote up the bill, it would have been about $30 dollars higher. This guy is was tough to deal with and refused to lower his price. Based on my experience, I recommend that you pass on this guy so you don't get ripped off too. Never go to them as they are the biggest scam artist. They take advantage of your problems and than they know how to mint money.
