Stay away from these guys
I tried to contact them many ways, email, phone, facebook, twitter. No response. I came across this, and decided to shoot out one last email and went to the BBB after no avail. KOF sent a tracking number to me that same day! However, it was pre-dated before I even email them-and it states it was delivered, but not left b/c no one was here. There was someone at the address, so I am wondering if they gave me some random tracking number from the same town. I contacted USPS, and hopefully they will tell me if the package was even to the same address. I will update and let you guys know.

I am a frequent online shopper and have never ever had such a negative experience
I ordered a dress for a special occasion for my granddaughter. I never arrived. I contacted the toll free number 8 times within a four day period. I sent multiple emails reminding the owner of the importance of the day of delivery. The owner never returned calls or emails! I am a frequent online shopper and have never ever had such a negative experience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY--KETTLE OF FISHING CLOTHING!!!

I will never order from them again
Where do I begin? First of all, I ordered two sets of pajamas off of their site for my daughters for Christmas. Both sizes said "In Stock." It was getting close to Christmas so I emailed them to check the status of my order. In my email I said, if you can't ship both sets to me, then please cancel my order (I couldn't have one child get them and not the other). I got a shipping notification two days later. Well sure enough, only ONE set showed up. I wanted to return the set since they had not followed my instructions. I called and left about 10 messages. Then I emailed about 5 times. I finally got the response that they would not return sleepwear (so I was forced to keep the first set) but she would definately cancel the other one from my order. Well guess what just showed up (3 months after my original order) - the second (supposedly cancelled) set of pajamas. Now I have to go through the process of attempting to contact them again. So far I am 3 emails and 2 messages in with no response. I hope they don't tell me they can't return this set but with this very unprofessional company, who knows? I will NEVER order from them again!

I would never order from this company again
I ordered an item and paid for express shipping. After 1 week of not having received my merchandise, I emailed a message asking where my merchandise was. No response. Then I phone this company numerous times and left messages - still no response. Its now been 2 weeks - no merchandise and no return messages or calls. Of course, my credit card charge went through though. I would never order from this company again.
