I have tried on a number of occasions to get help but my request has been totally ignored, despite the message saying they will contact me WITHIN 15 MINUTES during the normal working day.
This certainly does not give me any confidence for the future to deal with HEWLETT PACKARD!!
I hope someone will have the decency to contact me over this and hope they are not trying to drag this out till the warranty runs out!!
I hope I will receive a reply tomorrow morning at the latest or I may need to take this further!!!
