I flew to Dublin on the following Flights LX289 From Johannesburg to Zurich on the 2nd Dececember 2010.
From Zurich to Dublin flight LX400 arrived in Dublin on the 3rd December 2010.
I am suppose to return to Johannesburg on the 18th of January 201i on flights LX401 AND LX 288.
My father has justed passed away after along illness. I was told by both your London and Dublin offices that I must produce a death cetificate because the ticket is non refundable.
