ITV is withdrawing money from my account without my permission. I have received nothing in return for the money withdrawn. I used my debit card to purchase books - which I did receive - and they have continued billing me. The 800 phone number states that the operators are busy and to leave my phne number and then refers me to the website which the internet does not recognize which is [email protected]. I have also tried itvcorporate.com and that is also not recognized.
