Never received the Remote

ON 12-29-2009 I ORDERED A SMARTKEY REMOTE FOR MY 2006 AVALON, NEVER RECEIVED THE REMOTE.. SENT THREE EMAILS TO [email protected] WITH NO RESPOND.. WHEN CALLING (928)772-3420 NEVER ANSWERD THE PHONE... JUST STATES TO "EMAIL REGARDING YOUR ORDER" BUT AGAIN.. NO RESPOND.. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM... THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLES MONEY!!!

remote not as represented

I ordered a keyless remote for my 05 Sonata, and was sent a used one . They indicate that you can prothis remote yourself, and even include instructions. This remote has to be programed by a dealer! I attempted to contactthem, by phone, which they don't answer, and by e-mail which they don't reply to. These guys are a work of art!!
