Owner of the company Jim has no idea what he is doing, when he came to my home I questioned him about installing the DVR and do you know how to set them up, his reply was I’ve been doing this for over 20 year’s? After running 4 cables and screwing in 3 camera mounts it was time to get the DVR setup, which he did not have a clue what to do or how to correct it so I was able to view the camera remotely. He gives me the impression he had a helper and quoted me $350, he arrived at 9:40 alone and completed running the 3 cables at 12:15. He then handed me a bill for $350, and said he could not figure out why my system was not working, and would get back to me, this was over 3 weeks ago, still no reply. To run three cables, and charge $350, I could have paid a kid to do this for $50. Take my advise ask questions before you hire this company, and get it in writing that if the work is not complete as stated you will deduct from his price. I recommend finding another company.
