Just wanted to alert you that the following service technician recommmended by the Keys Fitness Equipment service dispatcher:

"POCONO Relaxation and Fitness (Ph: 570.8954224)" is a con operation. These guys are cheats and liers.

They came to repair my Smooth Fitness treadmill on 6th Oct 2006, collected $185 from me for a part saying that they would come to replace it in 2 weeks. That was the last I heard from them. It is more than 3 months now. Phone calls are not returned. On threatning legal action they say that they have already sent the part. They say that they cannot provide any proof of sending it (no tracking #s, nothing).

$185 is no big deal, but wanted to put this on record so that others are not cheated. It is specially disappointing to note that this guy was recommended by Keys Fitness Equipment.
